Pre-Owned Women's Watches in Dubai
Bramleys offers a curated selection of pre-owned women's luxury watches in Dubai, and every timepiece is authenticated and inspected before it goes on sale. The collection includes Rolex, Cartier, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Omega, Hublot, TAG Heuer, Breitling, Panerai and Richard Mille.
If you're looking for pre-owned ladies watches in Dubai, the secondary market gives you access to references that are no longer available at retail, along with a much wider choice of production years, sizes, materials and conditions.
When you're assessing a pre-owned women's luxury watch, start with the exact reference. Then establish its production year, condition, originality, provenance and completeness. Together, these tell you which individual watch you're looking at, and they explain why two examples of the same model can be priced very differently. Our guide to buying pre-owned luxury watches in Dubai covers each of these in more detail.
Our showroom is on the first floor of the InterContinental Dubai Marina. You're welcome to visit and inspect, compare and try on watches in person before you buy. You can also browse our full pre-owned watch collection or see our latest arrivals.
Brands available include: Rolex · Cartier · Patek Philippe · Audemars Piguet · Omega · Hublot · TAG Heuer · Breitling · Panerai · Richard Mille
What Does Pre-Owned Mean?
A pre-owned watch is a timepiece that has had a previous owner and is being offered again through the secondary market. Pre-owned describes ownership history; condition describes physical state. That means a pre-owned watch can be unworn, as new, lightly worn or vintage.
This distinction matters when you're comparing women's used watches. Two watches can share the same brand and reference but differ in production year, condition, originality, accessories, service history and price.
That's why each of our listings states the year, the condition (Unworn, As New or Pre-Owned) and whether the watch comes as a full set or watch only.
Why Buy a Second-Hand Ladies Watch from Bramleys Dubai?
The pre-owned market gives you a much wider choice than a current retail collection. Discontinued references, older dial configurations and case sizes a brand no longer makes all stay available long after the catalogue has moved on. The 26mm Lady-Datejust is a good example. Rolex moved the model up to 28mm in 2015, but the smaller case remains popular with women who prefer a more delicate watch.
Price is the other key advantage. Pre-owned prices often sit below the equivalent retail price, and there's no waiting list. How big that saving is varies from one reference to the next.
The secondary market also lets you compare generations of the same model side by side. If you're considering a Rolex Datejust, for example, you can compare 28mm, 31mm and 36mm cases, different dials and metals, and different years, rather than limiting yourself to what's in the current catalogue.
Condition, Authenticity and Originality
Once you know the reference, the next question is how well this particular example has survived, and whether it's still as the factory made it. A pre-owned luxury watch should be assessed as a complete timepiece, not by the name on the dial. Authenticity relates to what the watch is; condition relates to how the watch has been preserved; originality relates to whether its components correspond to the intended specification.
Our inspection covers the key elements of every watch, including:
Our listings grade condition as Unworn, As New or Pre-Owned, with any visible wear described in the product details.
Originality matters as much as authenticity. A watch can be entirely genuine yet have had its dial, bezel or bracelet swapped or customised along the way. Aftermarket diamond settings are a common example on ladies' watches. Rolex won't honour its guarantee on a watch fitted with non-Rolex parts or modified outside its service network, so we check that diamond-set bezels and dials are factory-original rather than added later.
Provenance, Year and Box & Papers
Condition and originality tell you about the watch as it is today. Provenance and completeness tell you where it's been and what comes with it. The production year, service history, original documentation and accessories all add context to the reference and help you understand the individual timepiece.
Box and papers are useful, but they don't prove authenticity on their own. The watch itself is always the primary object of inspection. Papers are also practical for recent watches. Rolex's five-year international guarantee (for watches sold since July 2015) runs from the date on the warranty card, so a recent watch with its card may still be covered.
Some watches are sold as full sets, while others are supplied as watch only. Vintage pieces often have a different documentation profile from recent ones. We state exactly what's included in every listing.
Servicing and Mechanical Condition
A luxury watch is a mechanical or quartz instrument, so its technical condition matters as much as its appearance.
Where required, we service, regulate and test watches before sale so they keep reliable time. Service history also matters when you're evaluating a pre-owned watch, because it tells you when the next service is likely to be due. Rolex recommends servicing its modern watches roughly every ten years, depending on the model and how the watch is worn. Many other brands recommend shorter intervals.
For mechanical watches, the movement, winding, power reserve and timing performance are central to the assessment. For quartz watches, including most Cartier Panthères, battery and movement condition are what matter. We also check water resistance, which is worth confirming on any watch you'll wear by the pool or at the beach in Dubai.
Servicing isn't the same as restoration. A vintage watch may show signs of age and have original components that are part of its character. Polishing a case too aggressively, for example, can soften its original lines. The aim is to understand the condition and history of the individual watch, not to make every older watch look new.
Popular Women's Pre-Owned Luxury Watch Models
These models remain consistently sought after in the secondary market:
Within each of these families you'll find different generations, sizes, dials, metals and conditions, and each one has its own reference number. "Rolex Datejust" covers decades of watches; "Rolex Datejust 31 ref. 278274" is a specific modern watch in a steel case with a white gold bezel. The Patek Philippe ladies' Nautilus ref. 7118, for instance, has a 35.2mm case and the self-winding calibre 324 S C. The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 34mm (ref. 77350) brought the model's integrated bracelet design to a smaller automatic case.
Recent arrivals at our showroom have included a Rolex Oyster Perpetual 34 ref. 124200 (2025, unworn), a Rolex Datejust 36 ref. 116233 in steel and yellow gold with a champagne dial, and a Hublot Big Bang 38 ref. 361.SX.1270.RX.1104 (2019, full set). Availability changes as watches sell and new pieces arrive.
When you're comparing pre-owned watches from the same model family, the reference number is the starting point. It identifies the generation and configuration. The production year, case size, dial, material, movement, condition and set contents then describe the individual example in front of you.
Women's Pre-Owned Watches: Sizes, Materials and Movements
Women's luxury watches aren't defined by case size alone. The category takes in jewellery watches, refined dress watches, sports models and larger references that more and more women wear as unisex pieces. Case shape, bracelet design, dial, materials and overall proportions all shape how a watch looks on the wrist.
That's why our women's selection runs from compact pieces like the Rolex Lady-Datejust and Cartier Panthère to larger Datejust, Royal Oak and Nautilus models for women who prefer more wrist presence. A diamond-set Panthère and a steel Royal Oak are both women's watches. They just suit different wearers and different occasions.
Case Size and Wrist Fit
Case diameter is usually the first specification to compare. A 26mm, 28mm or 31mm case sits very differently on the wrist from a 34mm, 36mm or larger one.
As a rough guide for Rolex:
Cartier's Panthère is sized differently because the case is square. The current mini measures about 25 x 20mm, the small about 30 x 22mm, the medium about 37 x 27mm and the large about 42 x 31mm.
Case diameter isn't the whole story. Lug-to-lug length, case thickness, bracelet or strap width and case shape all affect how a watch wears. That's why trying a watch on is the most reliable test.
Materials
The collection can include watches in:
Material changes a watch's appearance, weight and character. Solid gold is noticeably heavier than steel, while diamond-set dials and bezels give a more jewellery-led look. In Dubai's heat and humidity, a metal bracelet or rubber strap generally lasts longer than leather for everyday wear.
Movements
Women's luxury watches come with different movement types.
The movement type should be considered alongside the reference, age, condition and how you plan to wear the watch.
What Affects the Value of a Pre-Owned Women's Watch?
The value of a pre-owned women's luxury watch starts with the exact reference. That sets the baseline, because a Lady-Datejust 28 in steel and a Datejust 31 in yellow gold aren't competing for the same buyer. From there, condition, production year, originality, configuration and completeness decide how one example compares with another.
Condition covers the case, crystal, dial, hands, bezel, bracelet and movement. Originality tells you whether those parts still match the factory specification. A replaced dial or an aftermarket diamond bezel can take a watch below an all-original example, even if it looks more striking. Completeness covers the box, papers and original accessories, and on a recent watch the papers can also carry remaining warranty. Provenance and service history add context about how the watch has been owned and maintained. Finally, material, dial configuration, rarity and current demand separate one reference from another in the secondary market.
There's no single value-retention formula that applies to every women's luxury watch. The right comparison is always between specific references in comparable condition, configuration and completeness.

Buying Pre-Owned Watches in Dubai, UAE

Frequently Asked Questions
At Bramleys, every pre-owned watch is authenticated and inspected before sale. We check the serial and reference details, movement, case, dial, bezel, bracelet or strap and overall condition, and we confirm that any diamond settings are factory-original.
Pre-owned watches are often priced below the equivalent current retail piece, and you avoid retail waiting lists. How much you save depends on the exact reference and the watch's condition.
Because the model name only gets you part of the way. The reference identifies the exact generation and configuration. After that, the individual watch's condition, originality, production year, service history and set contents account for the difference. A full-set, all-original example will usually cost more than a watch-only piece with replaced parts.
Pre-owned describes the ownership or secondary-market status of the watch. Unworn describes its physical wear condition. Vintage describes an older or period-specific watch. These terms can overlap: a watch can be pre-owned and unworn, or pre-owned and vintage.
It depends on the watch. Some pieces come as full sets, while others are sold as watch only. Every listing states exactly what's included.
It can be. Rolex's five-year international guarantee runs from the date on the warranty card, not from when you buy the watch, so a recent pre-owned Rolex with its card may still have cover remaining. Ask us about the warranty status of any watch you're interested in.
Yes. Our showroom is on the first floor of the InterContinental Dubai Marina, and you're welcome to inspect, compare and try on watches before you buy. If you're coming for a particular reference, contact us first so we can confirm it's available.
Start with case diameter, then consider lug-to-lug length, thickness and the bracelet or strap. For a Rolex, 28mm suits slimmer wrists, 31mm is the most popular middle ground, and 36mm gives a bolder, unisex look. Trying the watch on is the best way to judge the proportions.
Check the exact reference, condition, originality, movement, production year, service history where available, box and papers, and the seller's authentication process. Consider the complete specification, not just price or brand.
